Nobody will sell at that rate, and whoever says they are will most likely scam you.
If your trying to Merchant SSGP [Buying/Selling] you should try and buy it for a slightly smaller rate..
e.g - Buy 1/100 - Sell 1/90, if your getting Masses you will still make fairly good profit.

 

I've already bought some at 1:125, it's not that bad of a rate to say that people have been trying to get me to sell to them at 200/150:1......
