we're talking a whip for att and defence, a sara sword for strength.
guthans set (allows me to heal when needed at bandits for powerlevelling) and prayer pots to camp bandits.
Some money in the pouch (like 20k to travel)
Some food for on restock,
Several super attack,strength, and defence potions(4)

This whole set up is low risk, and costs less than 10m.
If you are worried, clear your bank out, leave the account with say 8m on it, and let me buy the gear myself, with potions, food armour and weapons.
Up to you.
If I did it any other way, it would be more expensive, because I would have to spend more time getting less xp per hour.
