I'd say if your family knows any lawyers/has a lawyer it would be best to ring them up and consult them if this is bothering you so much.

Well it is obvious they're going to be looking for drunk drivers on that specific night, that is just common sense. Secondly, I doubt you get a break because they're tough on DUIs and drunk driving so whether you were smashed or just a little over the limit it doesn't matter. Should have had a backup plan for driving, drunk drivers have killed a lot of people because they thought they were fine to drive.

 

Its not bothering me that bad at all, I was just curious about my rights..Im not bitching about getting the dui, just wasnt happy with the add-ons the cop through on there..even so its only a misdemeanor here in OK
