They exist but rarely. It is impossible to get Jtag's online currently, and anybody saying they can is a liar. There are about 5 people who know how to and 3 of them can't because activation has threatened to sue. Just be careful who you trust. 10th lobbys are possible with an XP hack but not challenge lobbys.

I think people are only charging around $5-$8 max. They are kind of hard to find tbh you have to look around quite a bit. One other thing to watch out for is if anybody says they are running it from there xbox they are lying.
