Question About the Loyalty Programme

So i have 500 Loyalty Points

It says my next payout is 3K points

I understand that this payout increases monthly.

What exactly would happen if i now resubscribed for Say 12 Months. How much Loyalty Points would i get.

 

Basically you would get the same as if you did it with 1 month cards or whatever. Basically once one month runs out you have like 6 days to renew before your loyalty points payout thing is decreased to 500.

 

So i wouldnt end up with a huge payout?

 

No I don't think so. Probably won't be long until jagex starts selling points as well aha.

 

The max it goes to is 15K a month, which is nothing.

 

15k a month takes a few months to acquire, but is pretty good payout once you keep getting it.

 

You gradually get more and more points every month until you reach the maximum, which is about 15k.

If you lose/cancel your subscription at any point, I believe Jagex offers a week long grace period for you to renew your subscription and retain your regular amount of loyalty points. However, anything after a week means you reset and go back to the start and begin building up your points again.

Actually, to my understanding of it, you only start at the beginning again if you don't resubscribe for a month+. If you do so before the 7 days elapses of no membership, you'll be unaffected though, that I see. If about 2 weeks pass and you finally renew, I think it drops down to the points equal to 2 months before.

(Ex: If you subscribe for 4 months continuously, you'll have about 15.5k loyalty points since it starts off at 500, then 3k for the next month, 5k for the next, 7k for the next, until about the 9k I think, which afterwards you only gain 1k until you reach the maximum of 15k being able to be earned a week.

Anyways, at month 4 you'll have about 15.5k points[7k earned on the 4th], so if you lose membership and let it go unrenewed for about 2 weeks, once you do renew your next payout will begin at the number for 2 months prior[which is 3k], bringing you up to 18.5k. Afterwards, you continue back up the ladder, next one being 5k, then 7k and so on[the pattern I described above].)
