Ordered 350m A day ago via WU, got told the money hasn't been picked up yet and then a seven hours later jumped back onto customer support and was told that WU was closed and that it will be picked up the next day, went on today and still no update. I went back onto customer support and was told that the boss wasn't in on the weekend and that it will be delivered on monday, i have bought big amount of gold before that went smooth (can see my vouches thread) although now bad communication, don't understand why they couldn't just tell me straight away or by email and not just chase it down.

why do they still let people order if they are out of stock??

I ordered 23m like 30 mins ago and nobody has contacted me and live chat is offline wtf

 

It just feels weird usually transactions are smooth. But today there is no stock, support staff have gone offline and they said i might not get the money untill tomorrow. This is nothing i would expect from r2 pretty disappointing tbh

 

its pissing me off that was the only money i had to spend, and now its waiting for them to get gold... idk man i hate this

they need to at least refund me or something..

 

Hopefully your able to restock by tomorrow, was quite disappointing having to wait all night when I was told it would take half an hour to an hour max.
