This tournament cost 10$ to enter im going to get 20 people before it starts send me a pm of your LoL name and I will send you a message when we have 20 people. You can also agree to a terms of service that says you can take legal actions against me before we start.

Tbh I don't see anyone trusting you to host a tournament and manage the money... Also you didn't put much effort into posting the ToS you supposedly are going to have everyone agree to...
