    ^You're out of your mind.
I only use Avast with Spybot, I don't really trust anything else.

    Favorite antivirus?

    Myself.

I hate all anti-virus programs I have used. They always take over my computer (Norton was the worst at that) and give me constant pop ups telling me what is safe and what isn't. I have enough PC knowledge to know when I have gotten myself into an iffy situation, and if I do get a virus I just google how to get rid of it or run a quick malwarebytes scan.

    AVG all the way.

I used not to trust them, switched A-V so many times in 2 years and finally came back to them. They changed a lot and I personally think they're the best by far.

Sure thing, I'm less stupid as time goes on though :p

Norton, as it comes free with Comcast and Constant Guard - had no problems ever since the install.

Malwarebytes, everything else dominates your PC and causes performance problems.

MalwareBytes is by far the best, the only well-known ruthless anti-malware software. AVG/Avast/Norton are all very lame tbh, don't detect half the stuff they should, and can't remove some malware. It's your Intel, just highstreet brands. I've had a lot of experience with them all, Norton is by far the worst. I had a really bad trojan horse, and the only anti-virus that was able to get rid of it was Malware Bytes.. but it did so at the cost of my operating system (Inevitable, but it got the job done) xD

MalwareBytes is boss. I pay around $50 a year for AVG Premium and when I tried MaleWarebytes, it found around 10 trojans that AVG didn't pick up. No wonder my PC was slow lol. Still I do pay AVG as its fucking helpful with all those link scanners and helping me find which sites are harmful without me actually checking it out.

Ever heard of McAfee SiteAdvisor? Does the exactly the same as Link scanner, I prefer that as it's less obstructive not to mention it's free.
