VPSinfinity problems!

Hello guys, i just bought vpsinfinity, but i just cant get it started, because puTTy wont work after i enter my password and after i try to use vncviewer it wants a password to, but it just wont work !?!? what the fuck to doo? :s have spent money on that shit, so its pretty annoying :s ??!!?!?!?!?
Can't i just do it with there webpage? i tried that, but it is so strange too, they also want a code, and the username isnt what i have? HELP ME :S

 

The Username should be root... "code" would be the password, whatever they set for you. Should have it in an email from them (Not sure how they work.) Looks like they advertise 24x7 customer support, should hit them up. Looks like their an extreme budget operation, so i'd be expecting sub par support thought.

 

But when i tryk to log on vnc server the code is wrong? Can it have something to do with that i have changed the password in my account?

 

Yeah, Definitely. Everything in Linux is Case Sensitive so you could have accidentally hit shift, or had caps lock on, etc. In this case you will need to submit a support ticket/etc for a password reset.

Please submit a support ticket only in the future rather than post here, as no one hear would be able to help you if there was truly something wrong - I believe we've already solved this problem Mods can feel free to close this thread.
