You should try using PlayerAuctions (100% Safe), so some users who don't have 250+ Vouches can pay via PayPal. Just saying

 

Don't think it works like that anymore, well atleast to me anyway. Now you have to meet a certain requirement to be able to use PayPal on PA

I've spent over 700 Dollars on PA and I've yet to meet this requirement.

 

Nah there's no requirement, all that's required is sufficient evidence that you own the PayPal account. They call you to verify as well
That's just what I've experienced so far and I was able to spend approximately $420 via PA with Paypal Hassle free.

Nothing else I can do really. Everytime I buy something from PA, I end up in the customer service live chat, asking if I've met the requirements yet but they said something about how the system will automatically do itself or so
