ITT Best tournament team ideas

Considering the current metagame (Tanky dps), what do you guys think is the strongest team for tournament grade play?
I have a tournament coming up in two weeks and I'm not too sure, I havent been playing ranked lately. (Besides ranked is full of trolls)
Stun spamming teams also seem to be the most dominant winners in the 5x5s Ive been in.
My ideas: AD Sion, Tanky DPS Irelia, Malzahar or AP Kennen mid, Leona Tank and a pub stomping champion like Gangplank or Katarina to deal the most damage

Did you watchthe SK vs AAA ********** last week?

aaa's comp was SOOO good, I recommend watching it.

I wouldnt have Malz in at all, Irelia is overhypes imo.

Leona is a very good tank, depending.

AD sion, I'd say jungle Sion for sure, if Sion is being played.

Personally in ranked I like to run a Jungle Rammus, so tank, but great output/cc.

Gangplank is a nice overall champ, assuming you play tankplank.

Tankplank was assumed ^.^ Critplank is good early-mid but once those thornmails come out you kill yourself pretty quickly XD
Irelia is hard to counter that's the thing, if you damage her and dont kill her, she can stun you but if you dont damage her at all, you're losing your lane.
Last tournament I watched was in Kiev ^.^ Ill watch SK vs AAA tonight then.
Malzahar is pretty dominant laning phase and his ultimate goes for far too long. But you're right, I think a kennen is a better choice for mid, because his ult is more reliable and is AOE.
Sion has an easy to hit stun and DAT LIFESTEAL OH MA GAWD GG TT.TT
I played with a sion who was fed to all hell, ran into enemy fountain with ult on and killed three while tanking the instakill laser before dying :|

Basically the aim for my team comp was to get the balance between unkillable and unstoppable ^.^

 

But, thats relying on sion getting fed, and same with irelia.

I'd go with a balanced smart comp, more then a unstoppable if fed comp.

 

What do you reckon then?

 

Champs that can sustain pretty well without getting many kills.

Karthas is one that could go mid, who is very good farmer, and devastates all mid laners.

Jungle, I'd say Udyr, great sustain, damage, and cc.

Wrote has a good idea going the truth is Katarina is an amazing dps. The only problem is she can be countered so easily.

Udyr/Trundle/Rammus/Amumu = Jungle. Truth is you need cc in the jungle.

Katarina/Kennen = Mid. Kennen is too good both utility and damage/Kat is situational.

Irelia top if you can get her. If not you should try nunu top. It is amazing.

 

I like Jarvan or a Singed top.

 

Jarvan/Singed top is amazing as well. They can't hold down the dps top though. Yes they can farm, but what is the point when the lane is pushed up from taking too much harass from dps. If top is going to be a stand still then Singed is amazing.

 

I've never been pushed on as singed top. How can they, don't understand.

 

They can if they don't get shut down early. I'm just stating you don't want tanks top, you want tanky dps over tanks all day.

 

I precisely think Jarvan is tanky dps.

I build him with pretty decent aspd.

 

Jarvan is rather hit or miss imo, his ulty can help the team win a fight or immensely fuck it up xD
He is a good top lane though, so much harrass and damage output with that passive
