Vouches pt. 2

So no one ever actually argued against it, and no one ever stated why it is on the DNS list. If you can't get graphics vouches then you shouldn't be able to get vouches for programming for someone because it is the same thing in practice.

Why can't you get graphic vouches? No one had enough time to actually discuss it before FireZ closed it because 'it is on the DNS list'. So what are the negative points? Why can't you vouch for graphics? Admins? Anyone?

 

I support, so long as a trade takes place. If someone pays 30M for a signature, why shouldn't that trade be recognized? It should be no different from any other service on the site. Obviously leaving vouches for free work is not acceptable. This is consistent with all other service trades on Sythe.

 

I agree, and this is perfectly acceptable. There seems to be an aversion to this though for some reason and no one seems to know why.

 

I ran into this problem when kinaesthic did a fair amount of gfx work for me and I couldn't vouch him for it. I don't really know the explanation either but I'm sure there is one

Besides, the "recommendations" are practically vouches anyways

 

and another thing about this, for kina if they let him use the gfx recommendations for vouches he would get like 1200 vouches overnight and become one of the most vouched people on sythe so i guess thats a pretty good reason

I'd also like to add in, Kinaesthic would probably be the most vouched user on this site if this was passed when his shop was made.

 

Not really, he only has like 900 orders.. BSGPseller has over 900 vouches and hes not even one of the top gold sellers...

There has been a lot of changes since then, and again if we aren't allowed to vouch for graphics then you shouldn't be allowed to vouch for programming. also vouches are subjective as everyone says, it's a person's choice on if they want to credit graphics vouches or not.

 

I was speaking hypothetically, he would still have a crazy amount of vouches.

I was just linking the possible reasoning for it being on the DNS list, I wouldn't mind people vouching for GFX.

 

This isnt going to happen, locked. Denied.
