pretty big but I love the background detail

:/ Besides the specific color combination and slightly different background effects, it looks like everything else I've seen here! That could be taken positively or negatively, but this doesn't stand out amongst other designs I've seen. The color combination does look nice, though. ^_^

 

DW, I just like to get the sig done first as it's most important

And yes, the some of the background effects are from kina's pack, so they should be about the same as the others.

I don't really like it, but it's good. I'm not sure what it is about it. Maybe you should post this in the size that you're going to have it, so we can see what it looks like then. Infact, while I'm here, how do you pronounce your name?

 

The background layers are really quite disjointed (there's no flow), the materials used on the text (both your name and links) is quite dull.

The lighting is also just not coming together.

I personally prefer your current one by a long shot.

edit: Initially said "your name falls into the background" it was opened up with a white background - looks better on Sythe.

Too many colours mixed together. Stick with one shade of blue and keep it consistent throughout the main text and the background effects. Colour it up with some very faint red, orange or black/grey streaks.

 

I don't particularly like the colour scheme, but that's just me.

Personally, I like to stick to simple colours e.g blues, reds, greys and whites.

Good work though.

 

How you make background effects?
I have searched @ google like: awsome background renders, but havent find any good.
Is there any site for cool backgrounds etc?

Well the font is really bad, the text doesn't have enough depth, and because there is little to no lighting, the variation of lighting in the text is almost not present.

I might take a look a some tutorials to figure out how to do proper lighting.

But don't worry, you're getting there!

 

No lighting in Photoshop or in Cinema 4D?
I might go for a different version altogether anyways if this isn;t all that great but I want some feedback from Emperor Nero, Spray, and Alteranz before I really make any decisions

 

I'd scrap that font all together. It doesn't really fit the eye well.

Honestly, I don't like this signature. It looks like you just made 3d text on C4D, added some scratchy texture, then placed it on some stock flares with some smart filters.

Also, your choice of colors isn't great.

I finally sat down and redid it. It seems like a bit of overkill tbh, but I kinda like it
