    6 days of 3+ hours, one day rest, variates with what muscle groups/compounds workouts i'm doing. Have my degree in fitness before I joined the Corps.

    I've found for gaining mass, around 4-5 days max a week is enough. about an hour every time i go.

    185cm, and bigger than anyone here.

    Try everyday but somtimes I have study so usually 5-6 days per week.

    Used to swim for my city since 8 years old, quit at 16. Trained 4 times a week in the gym and 7 in the pool. Mon Wed Fri 04:30 - 06:15 in the morning swimming + 06:30 to 07:15 in the gym then shower and then school.

    Absolutely hated it. The gym ain't for me. I do wish I didn't quit though because my friends are 'ripped' compared to me.

    That can't be safe.
    I do roughly about 3 - 5 days a week, approximately for 1 - 3 hours maximum each session, followed with no diet, skinny genes ftw.

    How is working out 5 hours a week not safe? If you say 3-5 days a week and 1-3 hours each time, then that's definitely more than 5 hours.

    And I workout 4-5 days a week about an hour each session.

    I can't tell if you're being serious or sarcastic. Your workout really shouldn't exceed an hour. If it does, your body may become catabolic (where you actually lose muscle). Anything beyond 60-minutes and you're working your ego, not your muscles. Your muscles need protein asap after weightlifting. As for as your "no diet" comment, I seriously hope you're trolling, otherwise you're an idiot.

    Been hitting the gym hard 3 times a week for the past month. So far I have increased my bench by 60lbs.

    Eat roughly 3200-3300 calories on work out days and 2800 on non work out days.
