Briefly explain the trade: I was offering a quick 15m trade with $10 paypal (link to my offer:http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1362665 )
How they scammed: I went first, and he required me to send as a gift and with a note of no charge back. After that, I asked for his RS name, and he started to ignore me, and eventually no more response.
