tough to find those reqs bro, especially the strength and prayer. i have a 1 attack 66 strength 13 prayer obby mauler with decent range/mage/slayer. obviously not what you are looking for, but hey, you have some tough standards.

 

Yeah I know mate, but would be nice if I could have an obby mauler that I could mold to my liking .
