Have you ever dreamed of...

Anyone ever dreamed of becoming a security agent but for a private agency, not for like a museum or a public police station? Probably even more pushed than CIA or FBI...
If so, which class would you take to get there and anyone ever realized it? >_<

I am a security guard with a private agency, but probably not the kind you're thinking. The company I work for has clients who need security guards for whatever reason and I get sent to those places when I work, typically I'm working at the hospital acting as an extra set of eyes for mentally unstable patients to make sure they're not becoming a threat to themselves or others when the nurses can't, but not that much crazy stuff happens on the job. The education you need varies regionally, to get my job all I had to do was take a 3 day license course, and take a test, then got hired.

When the US government pulled the troops out or Iraq and Afghanistan or whatever, they didn't tell anyone the replaced them all with private security agents working for some large company.

 

Maybe try talking to some people who work for the CIA or FBI? They will talk to you, I would probably say doing some kind of law enforcement would be a good play to start also I have never seen any class that is directed towards secret security guards.....don't know if college could help with that besides maybe learning stuff about laws and government and stuff like that.

 

I wander the same, but not about private security, but MI5. They keep so quiet and hidden... never on the news, never hear about them nothing. Literally.. invisible. I've always wandered how you ever manage to get in such a position, losing your life, identity I would assume, and I guess it's something your most likely born into9What your family represents), or you get into from starting at roots and progressing quick - police ect. Same for private security I guess.

 

You could become a mercenary, the work for companies like black water and make shit loads. But you also have to remember that these guys have been through the army for a while to get where they are.

 

I doubt you'll be able to just get hired for a job as extreme as that, I'd imagine you'd have to be working in that career field for awhile before getting a chance at something as intense as that.

Hmmm well actually i dreamed of being a fighter pilot in the Canadian air forces. I would need a university degree first, then go into the air force. I'm also pretty small in height 5'6 (still growing) but i could fit in cockpits and have better than 20/20 vision (without glasses) so i could make this dream come true!

I know a guy who worked for a private security firm and he had a lot of money, but he was the guy that you see walking around dignitaries with the huge guns and bullet proof vests. His job was super dangerous, but he made bank.

Black Water's only in United States, and unfortunately, I'm Canadian. I doubt they'll ever take a Canadian citizen in a group like Academi or even CIA.

I thought maybe about going in the Canadian Forces and then, hopefully, finding my way somewhere.

My only matter is that I do not want to be involved into wars, as I personally wouldn't kill myself for my country.
