Need someone to help code a RSPS

Hey guys, as the title says, I need someone who can help me out code for a Runescape Private server as I want to start one for my dicing clan. There are some requirements which I will need on the server:

- Up to date weapons
- All special attack working
- Curses prayers
- Normal/ancients/lunars spellbooks
- Working trade system
- Possibly own currency
- Possibly fast leveling (Though I hope all players can start at higher levels)
