Okay this is the best way I've found to get RS gold the free and legit way...

you need a atleast a 10M balance to cash out (get the gold).

He has been to the 10M mark twice before

He has earned 33M meaning he waited and gained more then 10M before cashing out.

 

Seems legit.

The concept isn't actually a bad idea but they way the OP presented it makes it seem like a scam.

I mean, desperate runescape players would definitely fill out surveys to earn a few mil and the site owners would make a bit off it as well. But whether or not this site pays out, who knows.
