would say 150m without 99stregth I can also offer you a 138 or 127 maxed 78 defence swap if you are interested

 

There is actually a reason behind keeping it 89 str which is so it stays hybrid based and lower level. Which makes it even more tbh

 

99str would only get you up 3 combat levels and is much harder to train then mage and range so IMO, no defeinitly not as strength is used for the K.O. skill, especially when high level pure bridding
