Kokeremy attempted to scam me

Briefly explain the trade:
$25 Prepaid Visa for 40M, I was buying the Visa. At first, he offered to go first then he changed his mind that he wanted to use an OMM. He invited a fake OMM which he denied. The "OMM" then left the conversation.
