Especially ones that already have turmoil..

 

Make sure you really trust this friend of yours! Even if you change the e-mail and set your own recoveries, he can still recover it whenever he wants to. Take precautions.

 

If it's someone he knows irl I wouldn't really be concerned.
If it's a friend he met in RS though... I would really advise against doing anything spectacular with this account. Maybe just use it as a frost dragon mule or something.

Make sure you don't transfer a lot of cash on it. I've heard A LOT of "giving away free account" stories before and all end up being recovered.
