Clearing Past Information From An Account?

I remember about 6 months ago reading about being able to clear previous information, like Passwords, IP Address, ISP, Etc.

I think it was something to do with posting on a thread, just like the un-banning thread, or could have been something to do with emailing into JaGex.

If anybody has any idea, please let me know how this is done, I've got an account I love playing but it was created on another IP, had it for over a year, but I'm still worried when playing on it.

I remember the thread to, Can't find it :/ But they sure look the IP before cleaning it, and if you aren't the orginal owner there is no point to try.

 

I can get on the IP it was created from, just need to get the thread.
