Monstah is a Scammer/Scumba

Was meant to order me a takeout for RSGP, tried scamming by ticking pay in cash on delivery, but I noticed. Then ordered 4 takeouts the next morning, threatened me, offered me stolen credit cards when I found out his Sythe user from a search. Consider an IP ban too, no doubt he's an evader/ someone that will re-make.
