Help with VPSInfinity! Waiting over 24h

So it's my first attempt to have a vps.
I've send $18 pp to vpsinfinity and i'm waiting over 24h and it's still pending.
What should I do?

I'm guessing you made this thread before you PMed/Sent in a ticket, but I'll post here for other's anyhow:

I'm currently accepting *pre-orders* which I specifically stated not only on the site, but also on any forums that I made the announcement on. Since I'm starting from scratch I need to make sure that I'll have enough clients to actually pay my own hosting costs for the servers, if for some reason people decide not to order then I'll refund everyone and just close down I guess. But in the meantime - the more orders come in, the faster people can get their servers activated.

Your site states nothing about "Pre-Order".

 

It did; however I changed it since I figured that's why people weren't ordering. You can check my thread on Sythe that mentions pre-orders, the email I sent out to clients, the Sythe VPS compilation thread, and anyone who asked me to PM them that I specifically stated pre-orders.

Regardless, things will be setup shortly.

I have hundreds of previous clients, many of whom are on Sythe that would be more than happy to attest to my customer service and trust-worthiness on keeping my word that I will gladly refund anyone if it takes too long. The company is publicly registered in the state of Ohio so I can be held legally responsible if I do anything unjust.

I need another 9GB sold before I feel comfortable making the investment. This would have been done a few days ago; however someone who stated they were going to order 12GB "the second I go online" has not paid yet - so I apologize for things taking a little bit longer as I was planning on them ordering.

 

Ok, as soon as you get it up and running, I'll order my vps again =)
