Conclusion: Invisible Children is a scam. If you'd ever realize, it was an euphemism metaphor. "Invisible Children" basically means the organization themselves, they are invisible, no one can see them, but they're just teenagers in their 20s, sitting in air-conditioned rooms, enjoying the money that has been donated.

Yeah, the Facebook craze/youtube videos/Kony 2012 (like it's some sort of festival) is absolutely retarded to every degree possible and is a disgrace to Americans. The fact that so many people are donating to these "Projects" just once again proves how the idiocy of the gen. population makes us all look like we're a bunch of suckers who buy into anything (Oh wait, we are!).

I guarantee half of these people would have thought Joseph Kony was a basketball player before they woke up one morning with status updates and tweets about it.

Who wants to bet this will be a nice little add-on to Obama's campaign? Take down fugitive, create national stir, get likes, repeat.

If he's been doing this for so long, how come it's only now people are trying to do something? I wake up this morning and it's all over Facebook and other websites. I just don't know why it's tool us so long to act upon this.

and not to sound like some unloving fuck in anyway, but honestly we have our own problems to worry about [in the U.S] with the economy and such and how many people cant even find work to support/feed their own families. Straighten shit up here before we go prancing around saving the world like America always feels like its obligated to. Lets be honest if the U.S government really wanted to catch this guy i doubt it would be a few months and he would be dead, the technology we have is so much more advanced that Kony Fuck wouldn't last long

I support getting rid of him, but not donating money to organizations that will keep almost 70% of it for "advertising"/ Salaries. If these people were really for helping to kill this guy, they would all take a pay cut. I'm sure the CEO/Founder of Invisible children makes well over six figures. If he really cared then he would take a pay cut and put it towards direct relief.

However that is never the case because in the end [ to put it real blunt] everyone looks out for themselves first and then others... its sad but true and anyone who wants to debate that is a hypocrite.

And on top of that... its kind of sickening that people are spreading this all over facebook. I admit that i have heard of invisible children before because at every high school/college there is a club like that, but i didn't give a single sh1t. and i know for sure 50% of the people posting all of the stuff on facebook had no idea what the organization was before, they are just riding the hype bandwagon

 

I say, let them all kill themselves. They live in a shit hole, so lets clear it out and build something else there.

I feel sorry for all the gullible people caught up in the web of lies with the organization. The organization isn't even audited so who knows where the money is going.
