Reporting Deviant Clouds Scam

I added him to trade Team Fortress 2 items. I was selling him 1 Unusual hat (Scorching flames Buckaroos hat), a pair of earbuds and a medic taunt. That 3 items, for 135 USD.

I saw his vouches ( http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1340112 ) thread, and I trusted him.
I traded him the items first. But then, he stopped answering to me. He has changed his steam name from "Black Cunt" to "Chinese Lady" and blocked me at steam. Here is his steam: http://steamcommunity.com/id/sxxe [STEAM_0:0:32981504]


I will also report him to steam rep ( http://steamrep.com ) so he can be also taged as scammer, and his steam account will be marked forever.

I would like to know why the scammer was banned "temporarily" and not permanent...

 

he will be permed once a global hands out the perm bans, sectionals can only give temp bans but he should be perm banned by tomorrow.
