I have a level 28+9 Summoning Tank, the accounts are one of the hardest pures to make and can make Millions staking. However it also has 69 Summoning which enable you to make 1.3M P/H with very little start up costs. You just buy the Fruit Bat pouch and buy around 500 Fruitfall Scrolls and 20 Summoning Potion (3).
