There will never be Marxist socialism in the world, it is impossible to achieve. The root of socialism is the transcendence of the class struggle and as long as there are those who hold power of any sort over a group of people there will be classism.

Planned states do not work efficiently, if you study economics you will know that. Markets cannot be rigged to work by a central entity because markets cannot be planned exactly and that is what communism commands. Even Soviet Russia became open to free market in the last 20 or so years of its existence, and China even has free market aspects. The fact is that both ideologically and economically communism and socialism will not work in real world situations.

I used to be like you. I used to think communism was the answer to all the world's problems, but the truth is that communism is a terrible real world system. A free market socialism is, in theory, a little more flexible in real world situations but is near impossible.

The USSR failed because their economy collapsed in on itself. Even Fidel Castro himself recently admitted communism is a failure of systems. You have no clue of how an economy actually works, you aren't even making a point. You are just anti-american. Why does communism work? You just keep saying that it is Americans, Americans, Americans. Your argument is a failure as you aren't reasoning through the problem. Pure socialism is impossible, as I said, because pure socialism is the transcendence of class, but all a socialist government becomes is a totalitarian police state like the Nazi's. Stalin once said "One death is a tragedy, one million deaths is a statistic." He murdered thousands of his own people in the name of 'The Motherland' because he couldn't stop free thought he could only kill those who thought it. Leninist communism is controlling the workers through the promise of a better life but it never is fulfilled, and in the end communism becomes 'People Who Run the State' and 'People Who Work for the State' making it an oligarchy, and back to those who have and those who have not. 'Power corrupts, absolute power corrupts absolutely.'
