LoF Birdy - Scam Report

Hi, this trader recently scammed me 25 Million RSGP, which was going to be traded for 5B in SSGP and Items. Before this I had traded him 5m RSGP for 500m SSGP (350M and an Elyian Spirit Shield). I then traded him the 25 Million RSGP, as can be seen in the image below and he claimed that he "lagged" then had to go. I have made several attempts to contact him, and he has in no way responded. Even though he has been online on sythe, surely if he had any intent to pay me he would let me know what the situation was.

Should he come online and talk to me then I believe he should be unbanned. However as it stands now I am more than disappointed.
