Assault scammed me 15m.

Briefly explain the trade: 15m for a youtube intro, payed him the 15m, he made me the intro, didn't like it, at the beginning of the trade he said if I wasn't pleased (which I wasn't) i would get a refund, asked for the refund the said he was "going to take a bath" signed out
How they scammed: Didn't refund me my money.
