Briefly explain the trade: RSGP for SoulSplit "Amps"
How they scammed: I decided to go first, as they had a few vouches and no bad vouches. I gave him 12.5m, and waited about 2minutes. After 2minutes or so, want offline on skype. I don't like to acuse of scamming early, so I just waited a bit, hoping he would come back online though he never did.
I then want to his sythe started threads and noticed he had gotten 30+ bad vouches removed, which explains why he looked legit when he was actually a scammer.

In the below picture, I do have 20 amps though I can supply proof that I actually purchased them myself through paypal; he did not send them to me.
It's not the best proof; I should of filmed it, I know. It's the best proof I currently have, you can clearly see he want offline after I gave him 12.5m , and he did not send any amps.
Edit: If he did send them, he would be able to supply proof by logging into his account, and checking purchase history. Otherwise, there's extra proof he didn't.

 

Supply proof of you buying the amps via PayPal. Also show the whole skype conversation.
