Epic bot hacked me!!

Used epic bot recently and tried to log in today and said i hadnt logged out..
Evenually got in and BOOM 18 mill gone and most of my stuff sold..

 

lol. Prove it.

 

Well i logged in without getting a picture of the ip address.. Other than that i guess i cant prove it.. Ah well guess its time to quit..

 

Maybe Jagex just cleaned you?

 

When i logged in this morning it said logged in earlier today with an IP address that wasn't mine and I hadn't been online since yesterday. I use epicbot aswell so maybe it is possible but just to be safe I only bot on a throw away with less then 1m.

 

But why would jagex wipe me for botting agilty for 5 mins?

If you don't have any proof, you cannot post a thread claiming you got hacked.

Im not some 10 year old looking for attention! Im just saying! And dont bother trying to raise your post count by saying no proof when its clearly already been said and ive explained why i dont have any!

 

I don't think Jagex would clean him without adding some kind of offense to the account.

 

Yeah didnt really play much and deffinatly not going playing now anymore!

 

Jagex wipes now without any notice of doing so.

dont trust epic bot... if you missed what happened last time, pay attention this time.

 

I'm almost certain EpicBot didn't hack you because I've been using it for awhile and never been hacked and trust me...I'm hackworthy. 18M is a piss in a pot compared to my bank.

 

It probably was Jagex, as they do that now without notification. I remember botting to 50 or so fishing in a couple days of less and the next thing I know it's back to level 1, without any marks on my account. So in my opinion it probably was Jagex, or you downloaded a rat.

 

I have a friend who told me epicbot stole like 10M from him.

 

IF epicbot wanted to hack people I think they would
1) Wait for a larger user-base
and
2) Do it all at once so they can hack the maximum amount of people in the shortest amount of time before suspension rises.

Also the 'hacked' amounts I've seen have been really low... so I doub't it was them.
It would be smarter for them to continue being a legit service because from ads, packed in software in their installer, and people buying premium scripts they are making A LOT more money than what 10M would sell for.....

I would still use caution and stuff when using any of the 'newer' and closed source bots though.
