Epicbot- virus????

I saw some of the thread regarding epicbot is a virus. Is it true? I have used it to bot 15 hours of fishing -.-

 

No, Epicbot is no virus.

 

Not sure, but I do remember a while back(Like a year or 2 ago) hearing about a mass hacking having something to do with epicbot, not 100% sure though.

 

Thats because a very respected Admin over at Epicbots, desided to steal
alot of accounts, but Huan has changed what admins have controll over.
Nobody has access to the bot but 3 people unless im mistaken. Haun, Chung, and Jessica.

 

That was just a hype/misunderstanding in that topic. So far nothing malicious yet as their isn't any proof out there. Like David said, there was a instance back then with Epicbot that was true.

 

Until I see proof that it's a virus I would happily use it, though it's wise to always be cautious of any RS related third party program that isn't made by Jagex.

 

I just started using EpicBot today and it has been working smoothly so far, I would even say it's better than Simba.

 

Though I would not link it to epicbot I was hacked this morning 10m from my bank for not having a pin, Lesson learned. But I'm just letting you guys know that when you bot using them to use a bank pin. I know for sure I wasn't keylogged cause then all my other accounts would've been hacked but only one of mine were. Just wanted to give people a heads up.

Well at the moment it is currently not a virus however please do be aware that bots like these can change to a virus in a matter of minutes so just be cautious and you should be fine. Like always if it does turn into a virus then people here on sythe will be speaking about it a lot so just keep a good look out here on sythe .

 

Well this is news to me, I've used epicbot for quite a while and it worked perfectly fine.. none of my accounts were stolen.

Well when I was trying to gather together a source code I manage to see something that turned my eye to not using it, I would advise not using it as it seems they record your username/pw, so be careful.

 

Be very careful with EpicBot... Seems very phishy to me. No bots are working. Same error, I believe it may be stemming from the client but I'm not a programmer. Anyways it just seems kinda weird. Good luck to all...

 

What script I keep getting errors on all the scripts...

 

i dont think the big botting sites would infect everyoes computers.

 

I'm using the free fighter

 

being as its injection and reflection bots

they most likely have all your passes

whether they will hack you is unknown

they did it 2 years ago mass hacked all there members
