Account Safety

If the following events were to occur:

1. I make a new level 3 account, register the e-mail and set recoveries
2. Someone changes the email and recoveries

Could I:

1. Completely cut them off from the account?
2. Could they hack me as an when?

You could easily recover with being the user with the original IP.

 

But could they recover back and it would be a battle of recovering?

 

I doubt it, you can always change recovery questions and as for past passwords and information like that, you can contact Jagex, they will help you if someone else knows your account information. Jagex will be more likely to believe you as you are on the IP it was created on.
