Hexium scammed me 125M and owes me $75.00 USD

Briefly explain the trade: I was selling 249M RSGP for .60/1M.. He agreed to buy all of it in two trades. 125M for $75.00 and then the rest in a second trade after the first was completed.

How they scammed: I was nervous to trade with him because lack of vouches so I said half and half. He agreed to do half and half, and then once I gave him "half" which was 125M RSGP, he asked for my paypal and signed off on me.

Proof I was not talking to an impostor: I have a video recording of the whole transaction if a mod needs further evidence. However I have compiled some pictures of this person verifying they are who they on sythe via inbox, and on msn.
