25 - 30 mil i'd say.

 

I'd agree and say 25m or so since it's not a Turmoil build.

 

I also agree with the 20-30mil range. Maybe if the stats were higher it'd be worth more

Not a bad account, 25M might turn around the extremely low prices for this type of accounts.

Around 40M would be reasonable, though offers might go slightly down because of your joined date.
