Requesting High pardon for Ban Evasion

Hello, my former user was vickramreddy, and my other user was boom123, I do not claim to have not scammed one person for an upgrade months ago. I did do it and I have regretted it for so unbelievably long and I only wish i could have contacted the person i scammed but I could not make contact with this person. I do not really know what else to say, I made a mistake in a point of vulnerability. I did have a circumstance which I regret to say allowed me to rationalize my actions, even though they were NOTHING LESS than inexcusable. I am willing to do anything at all to simply become a member of this fine community once again, including providing personal information to global moderators and the sythe management.
