    I'm a little confused as well; as to why you wont just accept paypal to anyone period?

    If its the scammers your worried about, couldn't you just make the guidelines for the users that don't have 100+ vouches use PP payment as 'Gift'?..

    Because I would be more than happy to do that.. I have money on my paypal already that I want to use..
