Things you thought about Sythe.org when you first joined.

Pretty annoying, like the private messaging system needs a fix. Stupid pop ups need to go too.

 

Also hate the use of a middle man all the time because of scammers -.-

 

I find the PM system fine, unless you've noticed something in it that needs fixing.

Also, to fix the pop-up notification:

Learn safe trading and don't trade with PayPal if you are afraid of chargebacks.

When I first registered, the general word was that Sythe was 'scam central'.

 

When I first joined Sythe, it was when I think the site was IP blocking the UK or something? All I remember was accessing the site was verry difficult

At first I thought this is only a RuneScape market and only later I saw that it is way bigger forum than I thought

 

When i first joined sythe and saw the biggest goldsellers , with like 1k donated raking in huge profits... compared to my few thousand dollars made lol

 

As my first day here and as a newcomer I thought well I'll be ignored and get scammed..completely opposite..everyone was friendly and practiced safe trading.

 

Much like others, I also thought having RS mod sectional rank was acquired by being a P-mod on RS haha, it was more than I expected really, I thought a dodgy black market, be careful, but theres a lot of trusted ppl.

 

Never knew alot of people woudl overprice BETA things here xD

 

I thought this was like where all the scammers where, only runescape sort of things, and my friend showed me around, and alot of people dont even have the means too scam.

 

I actually joined this to sell my account, but this is one of the best community ive been in, in an extremely long time.

 

I thought, wow what an old looking site, needs to get an overhaul.
I'm just honest, but now I know that that is really hard due so many memory transferring.

 

My friend wanted me here to sell an acc cuz he got banned for clickingon a phishy site and the scammer sent link to alot of people...so no1 would let him back and i couldnt sell the rs acc but meh:/ now i love it even thou the aelling is useless as hell...spammers and spammers nothing else. However i love the socailising side<3

 

It's a great site! Great place to earn a little pocketmoney where you normally wouldn't be able to xD

 

Well i didn't trust sythe for two years. I thought something bad might happen to my pc, maybe loose the 200k i owned at the time to a keylogger. But atlas it never happened and sythe has been the best rs & overall community of gamers I've found so far.

 

i thought the same you did lol. But i didnt understand anything because it was my first forum. Now that i look back, i see a lot of arguments i couldve won, and a couple scammers i couldve avoided.
