okay so what happened was he posted a thread selling 32m i Pmed him on here with my skype name he then added me on skype and we continued to do the deal we negotiated a price of .60 per mil and i first tested him because he has no vouches or anything but he made his acc is 2009, by buying 5m for $3 the first trade went threw. after that i told him i would buy the 27m that was left for 16.30 he agreed i then sent the 16.30 to his paypal he then said wait how much again? on skype and then he logged off skype and the game. i then called his skype number, no answer.


okay here is a screen shot of the paypal were i sent him $3 first and then $16.30 next. he scammed me for the 16.30

( i am edditing this thread to let you know i won the paypal dispute against him meaning i provided sufficient proof to paypal that it was infact a scam. the link to the picture is below.)

still waiting for him to get banned on here :/ could some one tell me atleast if i have provided enough?

 

sad that i posted this like 5 days ago and still no action taken but i see other people have posted in the past 2 days and the people have gotten banned whats so wrong with mine? all the proof is there
