I have almost exactly what you are looking for.. Account is 60 def as requested, username login, no email or recoveries, does have some non cb skills such as 68 fishing, 61 cooking, 50 wc nothing else.

HP level is 48.



Account does now have 2 magic due to the new update.. got a medium lamp (magic) and did not realise it was (magic) until after I clicked it, stupid mistake but does not affect combat level.

 

What combat level is it, and how much are you looking for?

 

Its combat 27 and make me an offer, the account will only have say 100k worth of items though, it does not have the dragon armour.
