Art section?

I rather enjoy art and would want to share and see others' art. Some people also like to buy/sell/trade/commission art.

Simply put and the best spot for it I think would be in the GFX section or just let it be known that it can be put in there, either one works for me. :3

Was just a suggestion, other forums I'm on there is a fine line between graphic/digital vs hand drawn/painted

 

They're the same thing here. You can go through the threads and find the drawn things.

 

Or just make it clear in your thread title that you're posting a drawing/painting.

 

Would paintings and such fit under GFX?

I have a collection of 300-500 paintings that I wouldn't mind showing.

If not, I would fully support a non digital art section.

 

Yeah, that would be cool. Just a nondigital art section would be a waste when there is already a section there.

 

Well GFX is graphics. Hand drawing and paintings is not graphics.

 

GFX is art, paintings are art. There is already a section there for them, it doesn't have to be named specifically. A lot of people do hand drawn digital stuff, including myself.

 

Use the graphics section, there wouldn't be enough activity for another sub-section dedicated solely to art.
