Scammed by JetSetter

I was scammed by JetSetter - we agreed for me to give him 20m ETS and him to give me an acc with a UC pet. I gave him the 20m, he said he sent me the information but I didn't get it. I asked him to send it to me again, but again I didn't get it. I asked him to send it over sythe and he never responded.

So I mailed him saying if he didn't refund me or give me the agreed upon pet, I would report him to TNT and on Sythe. He then gave me a long explanation about how he used a proxy so he wouldn't get frozen by TNT and how no one would believe me on Sythe because he had a screenshot of himself sending an email which he never did and I never received (and had he actually been willing to provide the pet he could have done so over Skype). I then, wanting my pure back, offered to vouch for him if he returned my pure or gave me the pet. He then said he'd report me to the mods, so here I am bringing it up.

Please let me know if there is anything else I need to post to get justice done. I have not hidden the fact that I used whatever means necessary to try to get my money back. It has not worked.
