As the title says i am looking to purchase party hats from anyone willing to sell!
i am not looking to buy a blue or white because those are a bit out of my price range but any others i will gladly buy!

-In no circumstance will i be going first, Id prefer it if you would just go first to me seeing as i am trusted on this site.
->Use of an OMM, i would not prefer it seeing as it adds one more component into the trade which puts both the seller and i at a larger risk for gp bann which would result in losing money on either my or the sellers part.
-The method of sale will be my own, anyone looking to just trade it to my account will be over looked.
-I will try to pay the best price possible based on resale after holding it for investment.
