There is nothing wrong with being gay, Period. I am not a bible thumper so i do not bring god and jesus and all that jazz to this convo. But as i was raised in a house where after i was born my parents both are now gay and i feel like i have been raised just as good as any other person. Being gay does not make people bad or less of a person/parent. It is complete ignorance that people say being gay is a bad thing. I have gotten in countless fights over the years because of ignorant parents telling their children that gay people or kids who were raised by gay people are wrong, weird, or less of a person than they are. It is a ridiculous argument, but unfortunately it is an argument that will be around forever. There are no real "winners" in this argument, people should be able to do what they please without others giving them shit about it it's their life and they should be able to be happy doing what they want without all of the ignorance that this thread will bring.

Bottom line their is nothing wrong with being gay. People are free to do as they please. So people need to just let people who are gay live their own lives and stop trying to tell them what is right and what is wrong.

 

I don't think this can be proven, since everything is opinionated. The most used argument is the biblicle one, which again, is opinionated because everyone has a right to believe in whatever religion they choose, if any.

I personally don't think it's right, because 2 men or 2 women can't reproduce.

 

it does not mean that they still can't raise a child. There are many many kids in foster care/ up for adoption from crack heads who reproduced while smoking crack and are unfit parents so just because man and woman can reproduce is not a valid argument as there are people who have their children taken away the day that they are born. Not being able to reproduce is not that big of a deal as there are many people who can and do reproduce that cant take care of their children and just give them away or have them taken away.

I said nothing about a gay couple raising a child. It's not hard to raise a child, anyone could do it. That's also not a valid argument in the other direction either. Hypothetically speaking, everyone were gay, there would be no reproduction, aside from artificial incemination.

I'm not going to be apart of a flame war here, I was only stating my opinion like OP asked for.
