Yanki Deeze is a scammer!

I know I am a new member, I signed up today, but I have so far done 3 deals selling CD Keys. They all went smoothly except for the one with Yanki Deeze - I was a new member so I kindly volunteered to give the cd key first before he sent paypal.

He proceeded to tell me the code would not work because he did not know you had to have a Wrath of the Lich King license on his account. Then he denied paying me money because he said he wanted to wait until he had enough money for a wotlk and cata key.

This was all good until I found out the key had actually been used. For some reason even though he is an active member on this site he decides to scam me?

The evidence that I am sure it was him:

-The error message that you get if you cannot use the key because wotlk is installed you provided was the wrong one (he gave the one that is given for an incorrect game card)
-Blizzard support told me it was used TODAY 2/27 and he was the only one I gave it too because I was selling!
-He removed me off skype right after our conversation and will not add me back even though he said he wanted to keep me added for 2-3 days

I just want my money for the key, I have tried numerous times to talk to the scammer but he just responds in all caps. I went FIRST and I have provided all the proof that shows that he took it, there would be no reason to register the key myself TODAY and have it out for this guy.

 

He's banned.
