Next time you're in the shower, stick your fingers up your butt and massage your prostate. The muscles in your rectum will sort-of tighten up after a bit and it will feel good. keep going and you're body will naturally push, like you're taking a big shit. I don't really know how to describe what to do, but honestly it works. I have a dildo that I use in the shower and it tends to dislodge anything that should have come out already... I would suggest this, but most people don't have a dildo.. You'll know when it's coming because you'll feel it in your stomach.

You'll have to work at it and find your own method because it's different for everybody. This is not specifically for helping you defecate (more for anal pleasure), but it will work, guarantee.
