Good luck with this goal, sure it will be near on impossible tho. Majority would want to be a player mod. You can't really aim for that status, as it has to be offered to you.

My friend went to Runefest in 2010 and then he "coincidentally" became a Pmod a month later. I've never been bothered with it tbf.

I think sending accurate reports is the way to go, since Jagex will notice you much quicker. You may have to report some botters if you want them to really notice you. Jagex will check your account for any offences, or reports against you and also your account security. So change your recovs and password every few months and make sure you have all ingame security features, eg. bankpin.

 

Not to rain on your parade, but botting on your account most likely significantly reduces your chances of becoming a player mod.

Jagex does an extensive check of their candidates before they offer them modship, to make sure that the person is honest, helpful, files valid reports etc. I assume they would also look into your account to make sure you don't have any detectable records of botting, RWT etc, scam/report incidents filed against you etc.

Also, just for your own knowledge, I know for a fact that Jagex also looks at the account security of their player mod candidates! If you have a complex, hard to guess password (eg. "f98k4lsjf9sl") which you change every few months, as well as a secure bank pin and valid recovery questions set, it increases your chances of becoming a player mod quite a bit! Just a tip for you

I am extremely interested on how this turns out lol. I think the consequences of botting as a mod would be higher than a normal person thou because of the responsibility factor that you would be accounted for, good luck thou lol.
