Trying to become a pmod :P

I am botting on my account, while trying to become a forum mod, then a pmod ingame Not sure if it will work, but I will try, then hopefully sell my account wish me luck

 

Now that would be very interesting to see, pretty sure they would check the entire account beforehand though. Either way good luck!

 

If you do get mod status before selling your account, don't bother advertising it's a mod to the seller unless they live near you...Jagex will most likely revoke it's moderator status if the move is too large.

Good luck, though. Being a mod/being friends with DTE mods can be very handy.

No, I know there's a thread in the moderator forum on the RS forums, where you post if you are moving house. Sell the account, don't log into it for 3-5 days, then claim it as your own. Jagex do watch moderator accounts very closely though, so you'd have to use caution.

Yeah, spelling and grammar helps a bit, Jagex don't like people who can't spell or type English properly.

 

DTE = Down to earth, and yeah, if you keep at it, you really might get it eventually. Good luck, I love the rare PMods that use sythe regularly

 

Did JaGex start making people Pmods again? last I knew there was an overflow so they put a halt on upgrading players

 

Like this site, they're always looking for new mods. Players get promoted and demoted there just like here. Jagex have gone way more stricter on demoting mods now, it's really easy to get demoted these days.

 

Oh, I remember a year or two ago reading on the RS forums they were cutting back majorly on recruiting them.

 

If they say that, they're normally just recruiting less than usual. However they make announcements like that a lot when loads of people ask for mod on the forums.

 

Tbh the people who ask for mod are less likely to receive mod, regardless of what forums it is.

If you are trying to be a pmod, you will most likely not get it...

Just play the game the way it should be and stop your botting lol.

 

This won't work. If you sell the account the new owner will already have accounts with the ip adress that will appear on the mod account.

So that's too suspicious I think.

 

They check your IP, so if you've broken the rules on another account you probably won't get it.

 

I haven't ever gotten an offense on any account, and I have rwted, botted and said offensive language countless times :d I'm still going to try, I just don't bot either, I legit the game too :d
